• Plans and implements maintenance and optimization measures
• Performs technical supervision of line techniciansIs responsible for continuous improvement of energy consumption in the production
• Does technical consulting of the production
• Develops employees with regular trainings and briefingSee Attached Job Description
• Leads the safety, people development, reduction of cost, and improvement of Overall Equipment Effectiveness of lines and Batch Cycle Time reduction.
• Supports Henkel Production System (HPS) and drives continuous improvement mindset.
• Analyze breakdown data to derive root cause of machine failures and develop preventive actions to increase OEE and reduce Batch Cycle Time.
• Support and drive training and development of maintenance associates.
• Leads site compliance with Process Safety Management and Risk Management Program standards.
• Monitor equipment to ensure optimum energy efficiencyand uptime
• Support Henkel Production System (HPS) and drivecontinuous improvement mindset
• Optimize cell preventive maintenance program
• Optimizes the selection of appropriate spare parts
• Develop preventive actions to reduce costs andincrease OEE
• Partner with Maintenance Planning to schedule PM’s
• Eliminate re-occurring equipment problems
• Provide technical assistance to maintenance personneland other departments as required
• Leads compliance initiatives for PSM and RMPprocesses.
• Ensurestraining and development of maintenance associates

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor’sdegree or job experience in technical field
• 5-7 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment. Preferably CPG or similar industry

The salary for this role is $69,000.00 - $90,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
